AZ Prime Property Management greatly values your time showing one of our rentals. We want to make the showing as fast and effortless as possible for you!

All you need to do is open the door; we handle everything else! There are no lease documents you have to review or sign, no more hassles coordinating signing appointments with your clients, replying to numerous lease-related questions, or having to provide your brokerage with numerous required executed documents. Just provide the executed referral fee to your brokerage to be paid, and that's it!

We pay referral fees to any agent who shows one of our properties which results in an executed lease agreement. To receive the $200 referral fee compensation as referenced in the MLS listing, we ask that you sign our online referral agreement which can be found online at AZ Prime Property Management Agent Referral Portal.
