You will find a list of our properties for rent at our website. Please check back daily as we are adding and removing properties for lease frequently. You can also place your desired rental criteria into our Auto Notify Me section and you will be emailed listings automatically that meet your desired criteria!
The first step to seeing one of our rentals is to view the pictures and video listed on our website. If after viewing the video and pictures and you would like to setup a viewing, please fill out the "Inquiry Box" under the video box or you can select our self view option for immediate viewing. If you have a realtor assisting you please have your agent call our office at 480.449.6632 for showing instructions or view the mls listing remarks.
Yes. Each adult over the age of 18 years old who intends to reside at the property needs to complete the online application. The cost for processing the application is $40 per adult and must be paid at time of application submission.

Typically we can have a decision for you within 3-4 business days after we have received all required documents; you will have the opportunity to upload income verification along with other documentation to help speed up the process when you submit your application online.
If you are approved you will receive an email requiring a $500 earnest deposit that can be paid online or dropped off at our office. The $500 is credited to your move in costs. Once received we will then generate the lease agreement for electronic signature.
We provide you the opportunity to conveniently submit your request online in the tenant portal; you are also able to correspond with us with specific questions in regards to the work order.
You will be held responsible for paying the rent through the end of your lease term or until the home is rented (whichever occurs first), plus you will be held responsible for any necessary repair costs, and leasing fees incurred by the property owner. Please refer to our Resident Handbook for further information.
Written notice must be submitted to AZ Prime Property Management in the tenant portal for any lease alternations . All tenants are jointly and severally liable to ensure that the rent is paid on time and lease term obligations are fulfilled. Security deposit reimbursements to departing roommates are handled by the remaining tenants. No portion of the security deposits will be refunded individually; after move out deposits will be refunded to the Primary tenant along with a statement of disposition published to your portal.

Generally yes. However, you must first obtain written permission from AZ Prime Property Management and it must be in accordance of all HOA and CC&R's rules for your specific development. Any cost of installation (or damaged caused by the installation) will be an expense of the resident. You will be able to submit a work order in the portal and once property owner approves the request you can have the device installed.
You must receive written permission from AZ Prime Property Management prior to making any changes or alterations to your rental property. You may not alter the property in any way without owner approval.. If you desire to alter the property you should submit your request in writing in the web portal for review; please wait until you receive written consent before making any alterations.
It is highly encourgaed that all residents carry renters insurance to cover themselves, actions and their personal property. Please consult with your insurance agent for specific details.
Within 14 days after you vacate the premises we will process and send out your funds less any tenant back charges; you will be provided with an itemized disposition of your security deposit if there are any back charges, along with any refund due. You will be able to provide us with a forwarding address in the portal or you can pick up your refund check from our office.
